"You are the light of the world…. And people don't hide a light under a bowl. They put it on a lampstand so the light shines for all the people in the house."
Jesus told his followers that they were the light of the world. He didn’t say they had the potential to be, or that if they worked hard at it they could be: they were the light of the world.
The only decision we have to make is whether we will hide the light, or let it shine.
There are many ways that we can respond to the call to let our light shine; one way would be to come to the monthly Leadership Training course that is starting in April. Come along to learn with Harry and Jez. This is not a normal leadership training course because this one starts with the assumption that you already are a leader…all we want to do is work out ways that we can let that God-light shine, and not hide under clay bowls.
God is calling you to lead...are you listening?
