Motion

Motion header

There's no Motion at MishMash in March, instead we'll be meeting at All Saints Church Ecclesall for All Saints Together, where we'll be hearing from Canon Tim Daykin about "Belonging to a Global Church with a Global Mission". Find out more here.

Motion is a monthly event for over 18s. The purpose of the evening is to investigate what it means to be a Christian in a postmodern society. The next Motion is on Wednesday 21st April at 7.30pm at MishMash with Bishop of Sheffield Steven Croft, where you can also find out how to be involved in a Co-Motion; a small gathering of Christians with a missional focus.

Co-Motions

Co-Motions are small, missional gatherings of Christians. Each Co-Motion meets on different days in different places and does different things, but each has the same ethos; to find out where God is at work in the world and get involved.

Band of Brothers. Watch the World War II drama and discuss the issues it raises. Meets most Thursdays, 7.30pm.

In-depth study of the book of Romans. Meets different days.

Book Group. Meets Wednesdays 8pm.

Community and relationship, focused on scripture and prayer with a backdrop of nature and the arts, hoping to create new disciples. Meets Tuesdays.

Bible study and prayer. Focused on fellowship and discipleship. Meets Thursdays, 7.30pm.

New Co-Motions are currently in the pipeline; we'll keep you updated here.

If you are interested in becoming a part of one of the Co-Motions and would like to find out when and where they meet, or if you would just like some more information email harry[at]uncutproject.com
